
Dr. Kiran Puttappa

Dr Kiran Puttappa joined the practice in 2018. He moved to U.K in 2001 and after gaining clinical experience, he moved to Australia in 2003. He has a vast clinical experience as a medical registrar in various public hospitals in Perth and the Gold Coast and he has a special interest in complicated general medicine cases and Diabetes. He holds FRACGP and Post Grad Dip in Diabetes from Cardiff. He also served as board member of RACGP (WA Faculty) from 2009-2013. He is currently a senior examiner to RACGP.

Dr. Saeed Khan
MBBS, MRCGP (U.K), FRACGP
Dr Khan has 15 years of wide ranging clinical and medical experience in UK and Italy including hospital and emergency care in addition to general practice.
He is highly experienced in management of family medicine, children’s health, hypertension /thyroid /diabetes, heart disease, mental health, women’s and men’s health and skin conditions.

Dr. Leon Van der Linde
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Leon Van der Linde joined the practice in 2018. He qualified as a Medical Doctor with his MBChB degree in South Africa. He worked 15 years in Rural Practice and various Public and Private hospitals in South Africa, where he gained invaluable clinical experience in vast areas. Leon worked in Emergency in Manitoba, Canada before he moved to Australia in 2004, where he worked in Rockingham, working mainly in GP Obstetrics. Leon holds FRACGP and is a member of APHRA.

Dr Khin Kyaw
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Khin Kyaw graduated from University of Yangon, Myanmar (Burma) in 2012. Dr Khin started working in Alice Springs Hospital in Northern Territory for nearly 3 years prior to her General Practice placement with GP Synergy. Dr Khin recently worked in NSW and has since relocated to WA. Dr Kyaw special interests are Chronic Medical conditions, children’s and women’s health and in her spare time likes to Travel and spend time with family and friends.

Dr. Nisar Ahmed
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Nisar Ahmed is a dedicated and approachable GP with a strong clinical background and over 10 years of experience working as a Specialist General Practitioner. He completed his medical degree at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, graduating in 2010, and has developed a broad, evidence-based approach to patient care.
Dr Ahmed’s clinical interests include diabetes care, chronic disease management, sports injuries, mental health, women’s health and paediatrics. He also has a strong interest in skin conditions and performs minor surgical procedures such as excisions and biopsies for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
He is committed to delivering high quality, personalised care, with a focus on making patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their health journey.
In addition to English, Dr Ahmed is fluent in Bengali, Punjabi and Urdu, allowing him to provide culturally inclusive care to a wide range of patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr Ahmed is an avid football and cricket fan, enjoys staying active in his downtime, spending time with his family and never says no to a good cup of coffee.

Dr. Gretel de Varona

Dr. Gretel de Varona is an overseas-trained medical professional from Colombia, holding an MBBS qualification with extensive clinical experience as a Medical Registrar in major hospitals across Western Australia.
Practicing in Australia since 2010, Dr. de Varona specializes in complex general medicine and cardiovascular health. She is known for her patient-centered approach and dedication to evidence-based care.
Fluent in Spanish and passionate about building healthier communities, Dr. de Varona brings a unique combination of international expertise and local clinical practice to her work.

Dr. Javeria Siddiqi
MBBS
Dr. Siddiqi brings extensive experience from her work across hospitals in Western Australia, including Kalgoorlie and Bunbury hospitals. With a background as a surgical registrar, she transitioned to GP training, driven by a desire to provide the kind of holistic care that she believes can only be achieved through general practice. Her special interests include minor surgical procedures and mental health.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Javeria enjoys spending time with her family. She has a passion for interior art & design, miniature crafting, LEGO model construction, and reading.
